~,_6~ 1 1 n MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING Village of Mayfield Village March 30, 1976 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special session at the Village Hall on Tuesday, March 30, 1976 at 8:05 P.M. Council President Pro-tem, Robert Grogan presided. Roll Call:- Present: .Absent Also present were Messrs., Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte Mr'. Barclay (came in later) Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Byrnes, Hovancsek and Relic Mr. Grogan advised that Mr. Barclay would be a few minutes late for the meeting. Mr. Grogan stated that this special meeting had been called for the purpose of obtaining approval of the testing laboratory addition to Preformed Line Products Company and the Panzica Builders Develop- ment of the Ro-Nay Plaza and to act upon the resignation of a Planning and Zoning member. Mr. Byrnes asked that the certificates of service notifying Council of the special meeting be attached to the minutes. Mr. Grogan opened the meeting by .asking for comments from the floor: Mr. William Tackas, 520 SOM Center Rd. objected to the sewer pipe being installed by the Longo Construction Co., ending.. with a head- wall in front of his residence. The covered pipe ends approximately 40'-O from his south property line and continues south as an open ditch across the vacant lot. Mr. Tackas requested that the 40'0 of open ditch become 40'-0 of buried pipe and that the headwall and open ditch startswat'-~the~~sou~th~ ~4~ ~.~, line of his house lot and continue south as open ditch. ,.._~]_:~~ ~~~a~~sted t~a.w°~ thy:. A discussion by Council followed. Mr. Barclay entered at 8:20 P.M. Mr. Grogan at this time yielded the chair to Mr. Barclay. That portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Barclay stated that Preformed Line Products final development plans are not-ready for approval at this time.
