i l~ <br />-G- <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to pass <br />Pay Ordinance 632-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Flynn, Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: Messrs., Bennett and Busa <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe advised that the bike path could be installed from <br />U~7hitehaven Cemetery north to the Park. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that the cost of the bike path would be $5.00/ <br />lineal foot or approximately $18,000. The cost from Sandalwood to the <br />Par]c is estimated at $38,000. He also stated that the worlc on SOM <br />Center should be completed first. <br />Mr. Barclay asked Mr. Hovancsek to have specs ready by April 27th <br />Caucus for action by Council. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that he is in the process of getting together <br />with P4rs. P~iyotte and try to help solve the problem pertaining to <br />the water run-offon her property. He said in view of the fact <br />that the case was lost by the Village, he still feels we can do <br />somthing to help her as well as the people in the Industrial Park <br />for which no building permits are to be issued at this time. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated that both parties are to prepare findings of fact <br />before April 30th for presentation to the court. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that Council should have repore with the people <br />however, no decisions or agreements may be made without approval <br />of Council. <br />Mr. Busa suggested that minutes be kept of all meetings and submitted <br />to Council. <br />Mr. Hovancse]c reported that he has submitted plans for repair work <br />in the Kenwood area and he will review plans for •L-he Ro-Nay Plaza. <br />Nir. ~'lmendola aslced if plans for Ro-Nay Plaza could be approved at <br />the April 27th Caucus if reviewed by Mr. Hovancse]c? <br />Mr. Bennett questioned Mr. Byrnes if Mayfield Village was represented <br />in Court today? <br />Mr. Byrnes replied yes, however it ~ti~as a private hearing with the <br />Judge and Lava Cleric. Case pertained to the Studen case. Trial <br />may be sometime in June. <br />
