~. ~ 1 <br />_5- <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to hold a Public <br />Hearing on June 29, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. - Tax Budget. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion authorizing the <br />Mayor, Finance Director and Council President to have access to the <br />Safe Deposit Box at Cnetral Nation Bank - Eastgate office. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that an agreement for signalization on Wilson <br />Mills near the School Board property needs more information. <br />Mr. Hovancsek',°will get the needed information and forward to Mr. Byrnes. <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that a landscaper had been engaged to clean <br />up and seed the repair work on SOM Center Rd. <br />Chief Hejcl advised that the flushing of hydrants will take place <br />throughout the Village. Signs are posted 24 hours in advance. He <br />also advised Council that the remaining work on the new fire engine <br />had been completed. He will forward this information to Mr. Relic <br />for final payment of ,the engine. <br />Mr. Relic advised that a meeting will be held May 19th with the Village <br />administration regarding the granting of pay raises. He said the <br />Finance Committee will be notified of their decision. <br />Mr. Busa questioned if insurance for elected officials was available: <br />Mr. Relic replied that the necessary papers would be ready for Caucus. <br />Mr. Grogan questi:oned`Mr:~"Byrnes if a Notice of Appeal had been filed <br />in the Myotte Case? Mr. Byrnes replied yes. <br />Mr. Grogan also questioned the recreational vehicles being parked at <br />Deacons and Leppelmeiers. Mr. Amendola replied that the one at <br />Deacon's was taken in on a trade and the one at Leppelmeiers is under <br />repair. <br />Mr. James Plastine, appointed to the Volunteer Fireman's Dependent <br />Board for a one year term, was sworn in by Mr. Byrnes. <br />The Mayor acknowledged the attendance of the families of the two <br />new police officers. <br />C~ <br />
