Bordonaro, Flynn and Grogan <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />No action was taken on the Ordinance pertaining to the Beech Hill ' <br />Improvement Plans, since a total of five Council members were not <br />present for passage. <br />The updated report of August 26, 1976 of~the Equalization Board Maas <br />discussed. The Board recommended that Parcel No. 831-41-19, also Y.nwon <br />as Parcel E in the Fitz-Gerald subdivision be assessed one unit and <br />the unit value assigned by the Village Engineer to the other parcels <br />remain the same. Thus, increasing the total of units from 9.5 to 10.5. <br />The Equalization Board was thanked by Nir.
