~,.~.~ <br />1 <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL bTEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />September 13, 1976 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special session <br />at the Village Hall on P~Zonday, September 13, 1976 at 3:10 P.NT. pur- <br />suant to special meeting notices delivered to all Councilmen on <br />September 10, 1976. Council President, Robert Barclay presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: I~iessrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Buses, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />Absent Mr. Flynn <br />1 <br /> <br />Also present were Mayor Beebe, I~Zessrs., Amendola, Byrnes, <br />Hovancsek and Relic <br />Mr. Barclay advised the purpose of this meeting Baas to pass Ordinance <br />76-22 pertaining to Beech Hill Paving which requires a 3/4 majority <br />vote of Council for passage. <br />Ordinance 76-2.2, entitled; "AN ORDIN.~NCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH <br />THE IP~TPROVEMENT OF BEECH HILL ROAD NORTHERLY FROM ITS INTERSECTION ti~ITH <br />SEIdECA DRIVE A DISTANCE OF i~PPRO~iIMtaTELY 6f35 FEET BY THE PAVING <br />THEREOF, AND DECLARING AN EIyTERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a <br />tir'hole. <br />A~Ir. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />N%~YS : None <br />Alotion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Buses, seconded by NIr. Bordonaro, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-22. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Buses, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />ATr. Barclay advised I~Ir. Hovancsek to notify the contractor to proceed <br />~,rith paving. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated a certified copy of the Ordinance is to be sent <br />to the County Auditor. <br />
