s~1 6~ <br />G.i e..a <br />-5- <br />Mr. Amendola reported that a letter had been sent to Mr. Caplan <br />and Mr. Aveni advising that no building permits will be issued <br />for the North Aintree Subdivision until the "gas line" situation <br />is settled. <br />Mr. Bennett asked what the plans are for striping the crosswalks? <br />~~ <br />Mr. Amendola replied that work was to have started last Saturday but <br />due to the rainy weather it was postponed. As soon as weather per- <br />mits, striping will begin. <br />Mr. Flynn questioned the status of the Kenwood area resurfacing? <br />Mr. Amendola stated that it was almost complete, except for the com- <br />pletion of two~;:catch-basins.. <br />Mr. Grogan asked if the SOM Center culvert work could be included in <br />the funds of the Federal Public Works Act Program? <br />Mr. Relic stated that the Village will request $675,000 for the <br />Safety Building. <br />Mr. Grogan said that he thought the culvert work should receive top <br />priority before we think of a Safety Building. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, <br />made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />Flynn, Grogan andSchulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />r <br />Mayo. <br />,~G + / , <br />Clerk of Counci <br />Motion Carried <br />1 <br />
