~~~ MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Village of Mayfield Village October 18, 1976~~ The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, October 18, 1976 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council President, Robert Barclay presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte Absent None Also present were Messrs., Amendola, Campanella, Hovancsek, Relic and Chief Shortle Mr. Barclay opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: William Tackas, 520 SOM Center Road - stated he is still waiting to here about the landscaping work in front of his property. The shrubs and damaged tree have not been replaced. Mr. Amendola replied that he met with Lou Hovancsek and Bob Lupo to discuss the situation. He though it was decided to have two trees replaced and that the damaged one was to be repaired. Steve Hovancsek stated that $2,800 is still being retained until the seeding job is acceptable. The matter should be resolved between the contractor and Mr. Tackas. Mr. Barclay suggested that Messrs., Hovancsek, Amendola, and Tackas meet with him after the meeting to further discuss the problem. There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to -..approve the minutes of the September 20, 1976 Regular Meeting and the September 30, 1976 Special Meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Barclay advised the Mayor was ill, therefore unable to attend tonights meeting. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: Mr. Barclay advised Council of the Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. re Flood Plain Ordinance. After the public hearing, a special meeting will be held at 8:00 P.M. to consider bids for Beech Hill paving. Notices will be sent to all Councilmen.
