~~~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />October 18, 1976~~ <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular <br />session on Monday, October 18, 1976 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village <br />Hall. Council President, Robert Barclay presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />Flynn, Grogan and Schulte <br />Absent None <br />Also present were Messrs., Amendola, Campanella, Hovancsek, <br />Relic and Chief Shortle <br />Mr. Barclay opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: <br />William Tackas, 520 SOM Center Road - stated he is still waiting to <br />here about the landscaping work in front of his property. The shrubs <br />and damaged tree have not been replaced. <br />Mr. Amendola replied that he met with Lou Hovancsek and Bob Lupo to <br />discuss the situation. He though it was decided to have two trees <br />replaced and that the damaged one was to be repaired. <br />Steve Hovancsek stated that $2,800 is still being retained until the <br />seeding job is acceptable. The matter should be resolved between the <br />contractor and Mr. Tackas. <br />Mr. Barclay suggested that Messrs., Hovancsek, Amendola, and Tackas <br />meet with him after the meeting to further discuss the problem. <br />There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to -..approve the minutes <br />of the September 20, 1976 Regular Meeting and the September 30, 1976 <br />Special Meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Barclay advised the Mayor was ill, therefore unable to attend <br />tonights meeting. <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: <br />Mr. Barclay advised Council of the Public Hearing to be held on <br />Tuesday, October 26, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. re Flood Plain Ordinance. After <br />the public hearing, a special meeting will be held at 8:00 P.M. to <br />consider bids for Beech Hill paving. Notices will be sent to all <br />Councilmen. <br />
