Schulte , T2otion Carried Permission Granted GE?3FP1'~L COMI~tiNTS Mayor Beebe said there is a notice of a hearing on June 2?_, 1977 for the approval of a license -to sell alcoholic beverages for the Lawsons Triilk Co. i~ahich he believed =•ras closer to the Church than the required 500'. P~Zr. Burnes said he tr.ould attend but needed a witness to go also. Mayor Beebe wanted to remind Council again that the Village needs a night dispatcher. He said it is costing the Village money as well as service. Mr. Grogan stated,-:again the importance of someone being at the Law- sons Hearing. T~Ir. Byrnes said it ,;rould be helpful if D'!r. Hovancsek could be there. Mr. Relic asked that all of Council be at the ne~:t Caucus meeting. Mr. Hovancsek also said that on the 29th of June at 7:30 P.M. at Lynhurst, the Cleveland Sewage System would be discussed and in- volved 23 communities. He felt the Village should be represented. Mr. Grogan said he would attend since the T~iayor had other commitments. Chief Hejcl said Pat Vegrelli's mother passed away and the services were private. Gus ?imendola said the new tanks are on their way and the work on Echo Drive is to start tJednesday. He also said that as soon as this is done he can then get things started on Eastgate and Meado- wood, probably Grithin the next 30 days. Mr. Hovancsek said the Horvitz Company is standing by as soon as Gus is done. Sergeant Litman reported that the Lawson Milk Company is open 24 hrs. now. Mayor Beebe asked if he felt this ~frould cause any pro- blems: The Sgt. said he didn't feel it ti4rould. It c~aas mentioned that the Board of r'lppeals call meet next Tuesday, the 23th, and Council could be involved. T•4r. Busa asl~ed ~~rhen the Village Hall area was going to be paved? Mr. r~mendola repleid that he would start after the underground work was completed. Mr. Bennett announced that Mr. Feudo was on the agenda for the Budget/ ~ppropriatis~ns meeting of June 23, 1977. Mr. Ber_nett, in reference to the Lawson subject, said the state usecl to have a Blue law controling~_~the closing hours but it has 'peen repealed.
