~,~~ <br />-2- <br />Mr. Schulte asked if this does not mean that Heinen's has no variance? <br />Mr. Byrnes stated that motion for variance granted on September 27, 1977 <br />is still valid to this point, currently on record. <br />Mr. Schulte asked what P & Z can do if they disagree with variance and <br />condition. <br />Mr. Byrnes replied that P & Z can object and go forward to conduct a <br />hearing to not recognize the conditions. <br />Mr. Schulte said that in July, ~? & Z sole recommendation was for 252 <br />parking spaces and Council has taken no action. <br />Martin Sanders, 6490 Chase Dr. - asked if anyone really knew what the <br />problem is? He asked if any agreement has been made with the Church <br />regarding parking. <br />Reverend Huffman replied that an agreement has been drawn up and both <br />attorney's (Heinen's and the Church) will present necessary documents <br />when needed. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated that conditional variances have been granted between <br />a developer and a P & Z Commission. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro <br />made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs.., Barclay, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M. <br />~ - ~'C' U ~j ~ ~ <br />MAYOR <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />
