~~~ Resolution 1006, entitled; "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CON- TRACT WITH THE C.IT'Y OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, OHIO FOR RECIPROCAL POLICE PROTECTION", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr-. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring a resolution to~be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAY5: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended 'Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Res. 1006. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte _ NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, amde a motion to authorize the Mayor to approve the East Ohio Gas contract for construction of new gas lines on Norman Lane. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to advertise for traffic signal bids for 6100 Ridgebury Blvd., school crosswalk. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan :and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Mr. Grogan stated that Resolution 1004 is withdrawn and superseded by Ordinance 77-43. Mr. Feneli explained the matter concerning payment of Mr. Weisman's legal fees, in tha, the Village is legally not obligated to pay the attorneys fee. However, if the Village morally feels obligated, pay- ment can be made. Mayor Beebe excused himself from the meeting at this time. Mr. Barclay stated the Village received a statement from Mr. Weisman and he made a motion at that time not to ho~sor the bill. Mr. Relic suggested the Law Director send a letter to Mr. Weisman giving his opinion. Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion that the Village gp,~~
