~~~ <br />Resolution 1006, entitled; "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CON- <br />TRACT WITH THE C.IT'Y OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, OHIO FOR RECIPROCAL POLICE <br />PROTECTION", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr-. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to~be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAY5: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />'Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Res. 1006. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte _ <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, amde a motion to authorize the Mayor <br />to approve the East Ohio Gas contract for construction of new gas lines <br />on Norman Lane. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to advertise for <br />traffic signal bids for 6100 Ridgebury Blvd., school crosswalk. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan :and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Grogan stated that Resolution 1004 is withdrawn and superseded <br />by Ordinance 77-43. <br />Mr. Feneli explained the matter concerning payment of Mr. Weisman's <br />legal fees, in tha, the Village is legally not obligated to pay the <br />attorneys fee. However, if the Village morally feels obligated, pay- <br />ment can be made. <br />Mayor Beebe excused himself from the meeting at this time. <br />Mr. Barclay stated the Village received a statement from Mr. Weisman <br />and he made a motion at that time not to ho~sor the bill. <br />Mr. Relic suggested the Law Director send a letter to Mr. Weisman <br />giving his opinion. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion that the Village <br />gp,~~ <br />
