~. ~ n Motion Carried to Reconsider Site Plan. Mr. Grogann seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to modify the site plan approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission to strike the re- quirement of a driveway to Wilson Mills Road at the western end of the property and to add an additional opening from the parking lot onto Aintree Park Drive at the western end of the property. Mr. Busa stated that he is appointing Mr. Hite (Aintree Park repre- sentative), Police Chief Shortle, Fire Chief Hejcl, Building Commis- sioner, Gus Amendola, Heinen's representative and himself as an Ad- visory Committee to hear and try to solve any problems that may arise. Mr. Bennett questioned what will happen to the easement situation. Mr. Avery replied the church will .drop the law suit if motion is passed. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Mrs. Hanus NAYS: None Motion Carried Site Plan Amended Mr. Avery asked Mr. Amendola to notify Mr. Heiaen of the amendment. NEW BUSINESS: Ordinance 78-8, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REGULATING PRAC- TICES OF HOME PURCHASE CONTRACTORS AND HOME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS WITHIN THE VILLAGE", was introduced by Council. as a Whole. Mr. Bordonaro,, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a.motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate oc- casions.
