~JI <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />MAYOR BEEBE• <br />Mayor Beebe mentioned the deer are now starting to appear. He took <br />a picture at his home yesterday at 11 A.M. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that investments for tomorrow may be at todays prices <br />for future expanision and recommended the Village purchase the Arco <br />Property. <br />Also, if anyone sees lights on tomorrow night, he will be performing <br />another wedding ceremony - he had one on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. <br />LAW DIRECTOR: <br />Mr. Avery commented he had met with Mr. Studen's sons who had filed an <br />appeal of the building permit denial and he would be sending a report <br />on the whole situation. <br />He had gone to San Francisco and had a 13 page report on ideas for the <br />Village Zoning. He had four qualified planners lined up for interviews <br />and he would have his recommendations no later than the April meeting. <br />The Myotte Notice of Appeal was recorddd last Friday and would have a <br />report back by next Caucus. <br />He said NOACA had asked himeto speak at the April 7th meeting in reference <br />to the Myotte case. <br />He said there was a question concerning the Judgement since one of the <br />Judges was in the hospital at the time of the ruling. <br />Mr. Avery hoped that the Village could start issuing Building Permits <br />again for the Ind~lstrial Park. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned why Mr. Avery was having meetings with the Studen <br />boys when the Village was in a law suit with them. <br />Mr. Avery commented the boys'-~.have some constructive suggestions and <br />basically should come up with a workable solution. <br />Mr. Grogan asked what is in the old barn - is it in violation of our <br />storage codes? ' <br />Mr. Amendola was to investigate and pass the results on to Mr. Avery. <br />Mr. Bordonaro said that during the Court Case it was brought out that <br />Don Ray Products is now and always has been an illegal use and therefore <br />we can not consider expansion. <br />CHIEF HE~7-CL: <br />Mr. Grogan asked.abr~ut the problem with the siren. <br />C <br />Chief Hejcl replied it had been checked out. <br />MR. AMENDOLA• <br />Mr. Amendola stated the new truck was in. <br />
