' <br />Ordinance 78-64, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORINZING THE <br />` MAYOR 'I'O ENTER AN AG~':EEMENT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF `THE INTERSECTION AT RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD AND~'LANDER <br />ROAD"; was, inti~od~.ced by Mr: Busa. <br />Discussion was held on the, actual casts of the easements and the possibilit- <br />of a land owner refusing to~sell with possible court action having to be <br />taken. <br />Mr: Hovancsek explained that the cost of the easement. would probably be <br />,in:.,the neighborhood of $~500;.or.:. the entire project. The County has <br />,requested ~permissi'ori ~be granted. that the $5.00 License Fee monies be used <br />for the improvement.
