Davis, seconded by Mr. Boger, <br />introduced "oPAY ORDINAIVCE #586P" and recommended the payment of billse <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, Davis, Leech and <br />Schrilidt o NAYS : None. <br />Notion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Recreation Committee: Councilman Braun: Read the report of May 17 <br />Meetingo Mrm Schmidt accepted the job of Recreation Coordinator; Linda <br />Janoch, a new board member was welcomed aboard; treasurer's report bal- <br />ance is $h1,913•92; Miss Sherry Stevens, an elementary school teacher in <br />the Mayfield System and a long time resident, was hired for the Center <br />School Day Campy Nayfield Joint Recreation Council elected Mro Braun, <br />President, ivlr. Fallhaber, Vice-president and Carl Brown, Treasurer. <br />Recreation Committee and Councilman Braun gave Bruce Stevenson a tre- <br />mendous vote of thanks for donating t12e use of two pieces of equipmerit, <br />plus his time, to the development of tYzree diamonds, two behind Center <br />School and one on the Village Four Acreso <br /> Architectural Boa-rde Councilman Leech: Met <br />approved for the following: A new gara$e for on June 8. Plans were <br />Nre Plastine on Tklilson <br /> Mills Rd.; a toolshed at 477 Woodbine Circle; a greenhouse at 6400 Bonnie- <br /> view Rd.y room addition at 6705 Glenview Rd.; improve attic space and <br /> addition of bathroom at 891 SOM Center Rd. Rejected plans for permanent <br /> sign on Shell Station. <br />Union Cemeter,ye Councilman Leech: Nothing <br />Citizen's Master Plan: Chairman Shields: Mro Rickey reported that they <br />are havirig a workshop this 'I'hursday. <br />Ordinance Review Committee: Chairman Grogan: A meeting has been set for <br />Tuesday, June 27 at 8:00 p.m. <br />General Reports: <br />Village Solicitor: Mr. Edelmane Nothing to report. <br />Village Engineero Mre Hovancsek: Nothing to report. <br />Council President Bogera I would like to request Viro Edelman to draw <br />up an ordinance relative to Ordinance #72-7 which was passed to cover <br />this ordinance for the 5 parcels that can not be converted for office use. <br />Clerk-treasurer: Mr. Relice Budget for 1973 has to be approvedm Council <br />members who wish to talk about tYie budget should discuss it before next <br />council meeting. From Jano 1 to NIay 31 we collected ';;18,000.00 and our <br />expenditures were U5,000o00o By July 20 we have to submit in budget <br />figures, as of June 30, an extended expenditure for the balarice of the <br />year.
