In the July 8, 1972 <br />Special Session of the Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting (read the last <br />paragraph) stated that the application for a building permit to Upper <br />View, Mil-May Corpo was turned down. Zn the P and Z regular meeting <br />on July 10, 1972 Mr. Howard Schulz requested an 8' fence and was re- <br />ferred to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a hearing. Mrs. Georgia <br />Pollack was advisedto request a variance for a family room addition. <br />Safet,y a.nd Service Committee: Councilman Schmidt: Read the minutes of <br />the July 3, 1972 Meeting. Matters discussed were street lighting, junk <br />cars, SMAC recommendations, patching of roads, drainage and paving <br />study for village ha11 parking areas.
