Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, <br />Davis, & Leech <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />This was brought up because of a situation where people were illegal7.y <br />parking on private property owned by Heinen. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Braun, introduced Resolution 825, entitled; <br />"rA Resolution granting a special permit to Pat LaConti and National <br />Golf Course Operations, Inc. to use certain premises for the operation <br />of a golf course" e <br />Mro Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, motioned to suspend the ru7.es <br />requiring a Resolution be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Ca1.1: AYES: Messrs. Globe at $3,838e Last year the <br />cost for same was $4,000 from James & Manchestera <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance 72-34, entitled; <br />"An. prdinance accepting the insurance bid from James & Manchester at <br />$3,115 for comprehensive general liabilitV and physical damage on <br />Village owned vehicles°t.
