-7- <br />Mro Re1ic concluded the total cost of the truck was $9,933 which <br />exceeds budget by almost $2,000. <br />Under other new business the Mayor stated CE2 wanted to have a.meet- <br />ing to discuss 95' poles on easements along I-271o Both the Village <br />and the industrial park are opposed to the proposal. Wiring for the <br />kitchenette is done and should be ready for use by December 1. Six <br />out of eight "People Sanctuary" signs have been stolen; however, four <br />more will be hung more securel.y. <br />Committee Reports: <br />Planning & Zoning: Councilman Bordonaro said the on1.y matter reaZZY <br />discussee7 was the issuance of a special U-6 pesmit to National Golf <br />Course Operations which was approved by the Commission after a Public <br />Hearing was held and tonight approved by Council. <br />Safety & Service: Councilman Braun reported the Police Department has <br />installed the necessary equipment for the "Fish" program. <br />Finance: Councilman Davis, seconded by Mr. Leech, introduced pay <br />Ordinance 590Po <br />Ro1l Ca1.l: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, <br />Davis, & Leech <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance ".Passed <br />Mr. Davis, requested all departments to submit a list of possible <br />expenditures for the coming year within the next couple of weeks so <br />the Finance Committee can go over the budget. <br />Recreation: Councilman Braun stated a meeting would be held this <br />week. Nothing .new to report, although encouraged people to vote for <br />the Recreation Park on the coming ball.ot. <br />The Mayor asked Council if anyone had received calls from the street <br />].ighting survey. Only Mro Braun had from the residents on Aintree. <br />Citizens Master Plan: Mr. Florian Ricky reported a workshop meeting <br />was scheduled and reminded their meetin.gs are Thursday after Council <br />meetings (to change roster listing in the lobby). <br />Ordinance Review: Chai.rman Bob Grogan stated they met on October 5. <br />The Ordinance on planned unit development still under study. Next <br />meeting scheduled for November 9. <br />General.
