<br />Planning & Zonin.g workshop had been conducted prior to this meeting
<br />with Progressive. More definitive plans necessary before matter is `
<br />brought before Council for approval. The Mayor went on to say that Mr.
<br />-' Dick Estabrook of Rockwell had his plans appraved by the Commission per '..'"°.".
<br />Resolution 827 pending final acceptance of landscaping plans. Mr. ,- Hovancsek stated as of this evening no other changes needed. Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Braun, introduced Resolution 827;
<br />_'. entitled, "A Resolution approving the final site development plans of
<br />Rockwell Corporation". Mr. Leech, injected if we are approving this project contingent on the landscaping plan, there is nothing in the Resolution that says t'hat; _
<br />therefore, Resolution should be amended to provide that landscaping
<br />. plans be approqed before permit is issued. Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr.. Braun, motioned to suspend the-rules requir-
<br />-ing a Resolution be read on three separate occasions. '. . -.,-

<br />noise in the early hours ,of the morning. Ordinance 69-30 on "disturb-
<br />ing the peace" does not cover this particular case. Mr. Edelman said
<br />°. there was no limit to what could be added in Ordinance. '
<br />Mr. Leech'asked if there was an Ordinance prohibiting the dumping of debree in a moving creek. Mr. Edelman said there,was if the dumping
<br />, occurs on someone else's property. Chief Shortle stated the complaint ,
