Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, Davis, <br />Leech, & Schmidt NAYS: None <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />The Mayor briefly recaped the factors or problems he considered most <br />important in the order of sequence for 1972: 1) firmer stand by Council <br />and Planning & Zoning on zoning issues; 2) Pending litigation; 3) flood- <br />ing problems; 4) poor communitation with State/Federal/County and some <br />times local levels of government; 5) personal observation of business <br />methods and proceedures compared to theat of a municpality (adjusting to); <br />6)effects of open burning; 7) Village finances in sound condition despite <br />loss of city tax. , The Mayor concluded by commending Mr. Edelman on his past 25 years of <br />service and presented two pictures for personal rememberances. Mr. <br />Edelman then expressed his gratitude to all on this his last meeti.ng as <br />Village Solicitor. <br />Mr. Boger,introduced, seconded by Nir.
