MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield <br />February 19, 1973 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfi.eld met in regular session at May- <br />field Village Hall on February 19 at 8:05 p.m. Nayor Beebe presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mayor Beebe, Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, <br />Braun, Davis, Leech, & Schmidt <br />Absent: None <br />Also present were Messrs. Relic, Byrnes, Hovancsek, Chief Hejcl and <br />Sergeant Litman. - <br />i <br />The Mayor advised Chief 5hortle was recovering from a knee operation <br />and N arie Brown was back at work. He also welcomed Girl Scout Troup 479. <br />Comments from the floor: <br />Mr. Jack Casalicchio, 836 Beechers Brook: Asked if Council has received <br />a letter from Representative Vanik to which the Mayor s aid no but was <br />aware of the situation on his property. <br />There being no.further comments from the floor, the Mayor asked a motion <br />be entertained to approve the minutes of the last meetingo <br />Mr. Davis9 seconded by Mr. Braun, made a motion to accept the minutes <br />of the January 15 meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYESs Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, <br />Davis, Leech, & Schmidt <br />' NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />New Business: <br />Ordinance 73-4; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 31.6 OF <br />ORDINANCE 960, AMEND=IVG ORDINANCE 159, THE ZONING ORDINANCE 0P THE <br />VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 71-36, BY CHANGING THE <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING"o <br />Given a second reading. <br />Mr. Bordonaro requested all Councilmen receive a copy of this Ordinance. <br />Ordinance 73-5; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHOR=ZING THE EXECUT2 ON OF <br />CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF POLICE CRU25ER WITH SUCCESSFUL BIDDER", <br />introduced by Mr. Schmidt. ! The only bid received was from Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. at <br />$3,505.40.
