<br /> reading of the minutes of the last regular meeting.

<br /> Mr. Byrnes stated he would like the record to reflect that notice of ,
<br /> a special m eeting of this Council, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section
<br /> 731.46, was delivered t o each of the Councilmen and the special meeting
<br /> was called by John Leech as acting Mayor. Mr. Byrnes asked the Mayor
<br /> to acknowledge his absence from the city. Mayor Beebe stated he was
<br /> in Columbus . He asked the Councilmen to.each acknowledge receipt of .
<br />? the notice of this meeting.
