Leech, Boger, Bnrdonaro, . <br />Davis, & Prager <br />NAYS: None " <br />Motion Carried <br />R'esolution Adopted <br />Comments from the floor: <br />Mr. Phillip Strunk, S.O.M. Center Road: When S.O.M. Center was <br />widened the land was to be top graded and nothing has been done to <br />date. <br />Mr. Leech stated the Mayor has been worlci.ng uaith the State to get <br />the job completed. Mr. Hovancsek reported a letter was received•? <br />from the State claiming no responsibility as the repair work was on private property. Because the damage was done by the State, it <br />was decided Mr. Hovancsek would follow,up again with the State. <br />Mr. Strunk went on to say the benn on S.O.M. was in terribZe con- <br />dition. Mre Hovancsek stated all berms on a11 roads were the . <br />responsibility of the VilZage to mai.ntain repair and Les Foltz <br />was so directed to check. • . <br />. , - <br />There being no further comments from the floor, that segment of <br />; the meeting.concluded. 1 • <br />Mr-. Leech advised a testimonial dinne.r will be held honoring Marie <br />Brown, and introduced`tznumbered ResoTution by Council as a Wholeq <br />a copy of which is attached hereto. Memorial Day festivities uaill <br />begin at,10:00 a.m. on May 27, 1973 at the Village Hall. A plaque <br />• will be presented honoring the Village's war dead.
