-5- <br />I <br /> <br />F'inance Committee: Councilman Boger, intro-duced Pay Ordinance 599-Pa <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Recreation Committee: Councilman Davis thanked all those people involved <br />with the dedicati_on of the new baseball diamonds. He also reported Marc <br />Raia conducted a tournament with 80 participants free of charge. The <br />Committee has asked Council to check if the Village has liability insurance <br />to cover mini.-bilce training. The School Board agroed to lend their facilities <br />for such a class. Golf lessons are underway, The King and Queen will be <br />crowned at the All Star Day, <br />Mr. Leech stated he thought there was an existing Ordinance prohibiting mini- <br />bike riding in the Village; therefore, that will be checked into first and <br />Recreation would be advised before any further plans made in that direction. <br />Mr. Byrnes was asked to check further into our liability insurance. <br />The Mayor commented the new baseball diamond was named through the process of <br />a contest and is so called Clear Acres Park. A sign to be requested. <br />Architectural Board: Councilman Leech reported there had been three meetings <br />since the last Council Meetingo Various improvements had been approved. He <br />also stated there was a tremendous influx of applications for buildings which <br />required extensive review, and thanked the Board members for their cooperation <br />in handling the load. <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Prager, <br />Preformed Line Products heretofore <br />Zoning, Architectural Board, Fire <br />secured. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />made a motion to approve site plans for <br />submitted, since approval of Planning and <br />and Poliee and Village Engineer had been <br />Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mr, Zeech questioned if the Council had to approve the additional 6 courts <br />for the racket club to which Mr. Bordonaro replied that no approvals of Fire, <br />Police and Village Engineer were yet secured.Both phases were originally <br />approved by Planning and Zoning. <br />Cemetery: Councilman had nothing to reporto <br />The Mayor advised new internal procedureO were being established for the approval <br />of building permits. <br />Charter Commission: Chairman Vince Busa reported the Commission had nothing at <br />this time but would at a later date. <br />The Mayor requested Chairman Busa to notify the Village Secretary when the Commis- <br />sion had any reports in order to be included on the Council agendao <br />General Reports: <br />Clerk-Treasurer Relic reported no outstanding expenditures.
