She statc,d <br />Councilman Prager had surveyed the area riot too long ago. She has <br />last 6' of pr_•operty ber_ause of erosion and felt because the Village <br />was r_esponsible for diverting the st:ream, th-ey do have some res- <br />ponsibility in carreGting the problem.
