They referred to a news <br />. article in the "5un Messenger", the progress Richmond Heights <br />. was.making, and asked the results of a S.P.A.N. meeting con- . <br />cerning uniform bicycle safety Ordinances. <br />, TheMay„or,thanked the girls for their interest and presentation and -assured.themefforts.were being made. He asked Solicitor Byrries to report his findings in obtaining federal funds for <br />?bicycle paths.- Mr. F3yrnes.advised he had written the State <br />,, Department ;of .Transportation and learned funds were available; <br />' -, however, similar requests for same were tremendous.
