Prager, & Schulte <br />NAXS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Council decided to hold off on advertising for bids on an additional <br />, police cruiser until further study is made. <br />Mr. Bordonaro introduceel Ordinance 74-13; entitled, "AN ORDSNANCE <br />APPROVING9 ADOPTING9 AND,ENACTING THE CODIFIED GENERAL OFFENSE5 CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDS OHIO, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT <br />THEREWITH AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY". <br />Mr. Byrnes stated this ordinance deals with the Ohio General Crimina7: <br />Statutes which went into effect on January 1, 1974. This ordiriance <br />enacts the same provisions in the Village as are in State iaws?ana- <br />enables the Village.to.,charge under its own codes instead of the,..,. , <br />State Statutes, thus giving us the revenue from fines.
