Council agreed <br />to file notice preserving its rights. <br />Recreational iTehicle Ordinance: Mr. Prager advised a draft has been <br />submitted to the Legislation Committee for review. <br />Police Radio Equipment: Mayor Leech stated federal funds were <br />, available to pay a portion of $20,000 which was necessary to replace <br />all the police radio equipment, $3,600 of which would be pai.d by <br />, the Village.. Mr. Schulte was asked to review specifications wit}i <br />Police Chief Shortle and report back to Council before a decision <br />was made. <br />SPAN Bicycle and Curfew Ordinance: Chief Shortle advised the cur- <br />few ordinance has been approved; however, the bicycle ordinance is <br />not.
