- ,.'?T_?•Y_" ^?. <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />`•_:,?' /`>l Village of Mayfield <br />"M arch 5, 1974 <br />; <br />The Council of 'the Village of Mayfield met 3.n special session at <br />the Village.Ha11 on 2'uesday, March 5, 1974 at 8:08 p.m., pursuant <br />to specia]. meeting notices delivered to all Councilmen on March 4, <br />1974. Mayor Leech presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mayor Leech, Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, <br />Bordonaro, MrS. Negrelli, Messrs. <br />Prager, and Schulte ' <br />Absent: None <br />A15o present were Mr. Byrnes, Chief Shortle, and Mrs. Maynard. <br />Mayor Leech stated this meeting had been called for the purpose of <br />placing a Resolution for assessment for Aintree street lighting <br />before Council far a vote, and any other business that mi.ght properly <br />come before the meeting. <br />Nlr. Prager subanitted to M.r. By.rnes a petition signed by 90% of the <br />homeowners in Aintree Park requesting that the Village take appro- <br />-- priate steps to assess the Aintree Park residents for street light- <br />ing and to place the assessment on the tax duplicate. A coSt esti- <br />,mate had been prepared by C.E.I. and the Engineer will review the <br />same. If any resident wishes to question the cost estimate or the <br />: assessment, he can request an Equalization Board be appointed. <br />; Mr. Prager., seconded by Mr. Schulte, introduced Resolution 859; <br />- entitled, "A RESOLUT=ON DECLARIlNG THE NECESSI'i'Y OF IMPROVaTG AINTREE <br />PARK DRIVE 9 HtJNT CIRCLE, BEECHER5 BROOK ROAD 9 CHRSE DRM, FOXBORO <br />: DRIVEs NORTHBORO DRIVE AND DERBY DRIVE BY THE ]NSTALLATSON OF POSTv <br />TOP 5TREET LAP+IPS". <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion the rules of <br />law be suspended requiring a Resolution be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call::: AYES: Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Mrs. <br />Negrellip Messrs. Prager, and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />; <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to paSs. <br />1?Q11 Callz AYES: Messrs.
