Byrnes, Relic, Iiovancsek9 Amendola, <br />Chiefs Hejcl and Shortle, and Les Foltz. <br />William Ficken, 6458 Chase Drive: As representative of the Aintree <br />Par)c Homeowners Assoc., he expressEd their con_cer_n regarcling the <br />C.E.I. propased power lines on I-271. Even though Rocky River <br />lost their suit against C.E.T., he asked Council if they would <br />check to see what affect the installation of the poles m.ight Y;avc <br />on the erosion and flooding problem in }3eechers broo}c. Mayor <br />Leech advised he had a map showing the proposecl pole Iocations <br />and no easements had been given by property o?nzers south of 5rlilson <br />Millso Engineer Hovancsek was asked to checlc,into the matter <br />within two weeks as a meetin.g was scheduled with C.E.I. at tha-L- <br />timeo <br />The Mayor further commented the C.E.I. situation in the Village is <br />ser_ious as 'chey are proposing. 300 to 350 poles on the east side <br />of` I-271 for the length of the Village ranging in heie?lYt from 30' <br />to 1001. The overall plan included Eastl.alce going southeast to <br />Bedford Heights with C.
