Prager introduced Ordinance 74-32;.entitled, "AN ORDIINANCE <br />" PROVIDING FOR THE DESTRUCTION,:OF NOXIOUS WEEDS, VINESj AND UNCON- <br />TROLLED GROWTH 9 REPEALING ORDIlNANCE NO. 69-34 AND DECLARIlNG AN <br />FMERGENCY". <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a mvtion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an Osdinance to be read on three separate <br />occasicros. <br />Rall Ca11: AYESs Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Mrs. <br />Negrelli, Messrs.Prager and Schulte <br />IJAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />'s <br />Mr. Bosdonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made almotion to pass. <br />Rmll Call: AYES; Messrs. Prager and Schulte <br />IdAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinanee Passed <br />The Mayor adviscd the rubbish contract expires the first of July <br />and would like to advertise for bids with one alternative bid to <br />include apartment dwellings and eondonainiums.- The closing date <br />to be June 12 at noon. <br />A lenghtly discussion followed with Mr. Bennett asking if the ` <br />Village wass going to pax for picking up at the apartments and <br />several points were rai.sed about the type of equipment necessary <br />for curb and driveway pickup. It was decided to advertise for bids <br />as before. - COMIT'TEE REPORTS:. <br /> <br />Planninc&_Zoninq: Councilman Bordcmaro reported the site location- <br />of as gn for Progressive was approved. Workshop with Council and <br />C.E.I. was scheduled. A proposal. for singie fatnily hones and <br />condominiums from Hilltop Realty was presented ancl their request <br />denied. <br />Planninq & Zoninq Board of Apuealss Councilman Bordonaro reported <br />a wariance for a sign request f om Versaplex was approved. <br />Architectural Board: Councilman Barclay rcported the following <br />permits yranted: a pony barn, rooen/dormer addition , porch addition, <br />two-car garage and R. V. garage additimn with eoncrete patio, a <br />swiznming poo1. The Board reviewed sign application from Progressive <br />_ and the C.E.I. drawings. <br />Recreation Committee: Councilman Bennett stated there was nothing <br />ta rep,ort as the Coamnittee did not meet.
