TRIC?YCLES9 AND ONICYCLES ON TiE STREETS9 PUBLIC HIGHWAYSt <br />xIDEWALKS9 OR PUBLIC PATHS OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDt AND DECLARIlNG <br />AN F.'NiEI2GENCY". <br />Given a seeond reading. <br />NEW BUSIIJESS: <br />Mr. Prager introduced Ordinance 74-33; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE 5ETTING <br />UP CERTAIN REQUIREMERTTS FOR SWIlMING POOLS, PRIOVIDTNG REGULATIONS FOR <br />THE USE; A?ND OWNERSHIP OF SITCH APPURTENANCES AND PRESCRIBIPJG PENALTIES <br />FOR VIOLATIONS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS.; 634 and 770 AND.DECLP?RING AN <br />E+iERGENCX"* <br />Nr. Prager, secvnded by Mrs. ATegrelli, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an Ordinance be read on three separate occasions. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, Bordonazto, Mrs. <br />Negrelli, Messrs. Prager, & Schulte <br />. The new.closing date for the two bids will be <br />July 3. I <br />Metro Park Re avin s Three.bids were received the lowest being ? <br />"- orovtz at .32.
