MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />Village of Mayfield <br />October 21, 1974 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met for a public hearing at the <br />Village Hall on Monday, October 21, 1974 at 7:00 P.M. Council President <br />Frank Prager presided in Mayor Leech's absence. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Mrs. Negrelli, <br />Messrs. Prager and Schulte <br />Absent: Mayor Leech <br />Also present in the audience were Martin Comella, 673 Robley Lane and <br />Robert Kreckel, 552 Zorn Lane. <br />Mr. Prager stated the purpose of this hearing was to hear opponents and <br />proponents on Ordinance 74-41; entitled, 11 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE <br />N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD BY ADDING SECTION <br />19.1 PERTAINTNG TO FENCES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. <br />773, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />There being no comments either for or against, Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. <br />Bordonaro, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M. <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met for a public hearing at the <br />Village Ha11 on Monday, October 21, 1974 at 7:30 P.N. Council President <br />Frank Prager presided in Mayor Leech's absence. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs. Barclay, Bennett9 Bordonaro, Mrs. Negrelli, <br />Messrs. Prager and Schulte <br />Absent: Mayor Leech <br />Also present in the audience were Martin Comella, 673 Robley Lane and <br />Vince Busa, 6823 Hickory Hill. <br />Mr. Prager stated the purpose of this hearing was to hear opponents and <br />proponents on Ordinance 74-49; entitled ," AN ORD,INANCE REGULATING THE <br />PARKING AND /OR STORING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES IIPON PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 74-18." <br />Mr. Prager read the various changes proposed to amend the Ordinance as <br />submitted to $ie Pl&nning & Zoning Commission. The most significant <br />amendment was that,the Board of Zoning Appeals must issue a variance?-arid <br />the Architectural Board must approve plans before the Building Department <br />could grant a permit.
