Roll Call: Ayes: A11 Nays: None _ Motion Carried Pay Ordinance Approved SPECIAL LEAF PICK UP: Mr. Relic with the approval of the Mayor authorized a single day leaf pickup by Charles Shiffer. LIQUOR PERMIT5: Council approved the request of Honey Baked Hams for a C-2 carry out license. In regards to Quaqliata's application to the state for a D-5 liquor ].icense, the Kayor with Council's approval has instructed the Solicitor to fi?e a request for a hearing on a complaint by the Village. Council also objected to the request of James Niurphy, 736 SaM Center for a liquor permit, and instrticted Mr. Brynes to send a letter to the State Liquor Board with its objection. COMITTEE REPORTS : PLANNING & ZONING: Mr. Bordonaro stated there was nothing to report. BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS: Mr. Bordonaro reported that Holiday Znn's request for a variance was not granted. Approved was a stockade fence for a swimming pool at 6824 Glenview. ARCHITECTURAL BOARD: Mr. Barclay reported for the Architectural Board. Approved was a garage addition. Disapproved was a sign request and house addition. RECREATION COMITTEE: Mr. Prager reported successful Halloween Party sponsored by the Village, over 600 attended. Tlze Mayor will send a letter of thanks to those who contributed their time and effort to this cause. CENIETERY: Mrs. Negrelli reported that a new wrought iron post sign has been put up, also 100 spring bulbs have been planted. CODIFICARION CONMITTEE: Mrs. Negrelli reported that the codifica- tion of the buil.ding code ordinances had been completed. Codifica- tion of the remaining ordinances will be completed after Jan. 1. GENERAL REPORT5: Mr. Bennett endorsed council's action in acquiring property next to the Arco 5tationo Mrs. Negrelli, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro moved to adjourn.
