-7- <br />Bordorraro. . <br />Architectural Board: Councilman Barclay said there was no meeting. <br />? Recreationz Councilman Bennett advised Santa Claus will ride <br />through the streets on Sunday, December 22 from 2--4. Also there <br />will be a hayride on Deceiaber 28 from 1--3; fliers on both events <br />have been mailed. <br />Cemetery: Councilwanan Negrelli sai.d nothing new to report. <br />Codification Committee: Councilwoman Negrelli advised work would <br />begin on the review of same i.n January. <br />Finance: Councilman Bennett.said nothing new to report. <br />Fire/Svc. Depts. Improvement Sub-Committee: Councilman Barclay <br />advised any bond issue would have to be approrred by Council by the <br />end of Jantxary to enable it to be on the Ma.y el.ection ballot. <br />GENERAL REPORTS: <br />Engineer Hovancsek reported he had a meeting with officials regarding <br />the Village's flood insurance and future meetings to be held. He <br />also said Yie was to have a meeting vuith the Cleveland Regional <br />Sewer Distr'ict to discuss-th? Beech Hill/Bonnieview Pump,Station. <br />-Mr. Havancsek also stated a1l the connections had been completed on <br />,. Echo Drive,so any resident can tie into the main line. The final <br />grading wil.l be done in tYie spring a:fter the land has tirne to settle. <br />He mentioned a-sewer.backup situation that occured on S.O.M. He <br />said some;overflow on Fitz-Gerald property resulted frqtn a closed <br />bypass creating an overflow £rom Bonnieview.going through the <br />Beech Hill;pump station. He'?.said with a winter thaw more water <br />flowed thari usual but would contact the County to have one bypass <br />opened to temporarily alleviate the overflow. Mr. Bennett stated that the Recreation Committee extends its thanks <br />to Council'for the purchase 6f a public address system. <br />Mr. Bordonaro expressed holiclay wishes to all and complimented the <br />; Mayor for ihis outstanding„ work.
