Goehring, followed by prayer <br />in memory of Danny Fisher, Village resident who was killed in Viet Nam. liayor <br />Busa asked that the flag be struclc at.half mast for the next three days. He <br />also announced that a plaque will be erected in memory of Danny and all other <br />boys lost in World War II, Korea and Viet Nam. <br />Juvenile Judge Walter Whitlatch was introduced. Hall on Tuesday, January 2, 1968, at 8:00 p.m., pursuant to notice given <br />to all members of Council, according to law, Alayor Busa presiding. <br />Judge Glhitlatch then administered the Oath of Office to I.1r. Davis, <br />President of the Council Pro Tem. <br />
