Letters were sent to owners of dilapidated buildings, asking them to appear at the ToUm Hall. They will have to abide by the Building Code or eliminate the structures. elr. Comella, seconded by-i~ir. Fitz-Gerald, introduced Ordinance No. 1055, entitled; "AIQ ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINAICE N0. 465, THE REGIONAL DWELLING HOUSE CODE, BY ADDING PARAGRAPH 1505.042 PP.CVIDING THAT THE BUILDING IN- SPECTOR SHALL NOT APPROVE ANY APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT IN A RESIDENCE DISTRICT WHICH SHALL BE SUBSTANTIALLY LIKE ANY NEIGHBORING STRUCTURE." Mr. Schmidt, seconded by i~r. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - rlessrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt, Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried. Rules Suspended. I~Ir. Schmidt, seconded by Pir, Davis, introduced Resolution 'No. 725, entitled: "A RESOLUTION AUTt-iORIZING THE CLERK-TREASURER TO ENTER INTO A LEASE OF APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES OF LAND FROM THE COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES."
