Fitz-Gerald, introduced Ordinance No. 1055, <br />entitled; "AIQ ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINAICE N0. 465, THE REGIONAL <br />DWELLING HOUSE CODE, BY ADDING PARAGRAPH 1505.042 PP.CVIDING THAT THE BUILDING IN- <br />SPECTOR SHALL NOT APPROVE ANY APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT IN A RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT WHICH SHALL BE SUBSTANTIALLY LIKE ANY NEIGHBORING STRUCTURE." <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by i~r. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - rlessrs.
