Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson <br />Schmidt and Davis. <br />A'osent -none, <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Pir. Schmidt, seconded by Pir. Fitz-Gerald, moved that the Minutes of the May 20, <br />1963 meeting be accepted as written. <br />I:oll Call: Ayes - P4es_srs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt, Davis. <br />Plays -None . <br />Motion Carried. <br />Minutes Accepted. <br />01d Lusiness: <br />There is nothing definite on the gravel f-or the drive next to the Village Hall, i~Te <br />have installed quite a few of the street signs; more are ordered. Five letters <br />have been sent to residents with questionable structures in the Village; two have <br />been condemned. The pot holes in Worton Park have been temporarily filled. <br />P~ee~ business: <br />The purchase of michrophones for use at the Council table was discussed. PZr. Davis <br />presented quotes. <br />ilr. Schmidt, seconded by I•ir. Davis, moved that the following sound equipment be <br />purchased from Gartec Sound Equipment Co „ Inc., for use at Council meetings: Three <br />microphones, three stands, one amplifier and troo eaall speakers and transformers. <br />Ro11 Call: Ages - i~iessrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt, Davis. <br />Plays - idone . <br />The new Police Car will arrive next week. <br />i?lotion Carried. <br />Plans are being made with the County to arrange for a ten-acre recreational area. <br />This land is to be leased by the Village, <br />Forty boys are playing soft ball with Eobby Summe'ts as their coach. 14iany interest- <br />ing events have been planned for them. The men's soft ball team has also been <br />organized. The Coxmnitte~ needs fathers to help get the ground into shape. P•iayor <br />Eusa thanked Pir.
