(~) <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson; Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />Sesquicentennial - Mr. Donaldson. ~, <br />The following Committee has been appointed,: <br />Ron Brennan, William and Charlotte Boger, Joyce and Creighton Kellog, <br />Paul and Eloise Maynard, Kay Cass, Dick.Shanfarber, Robert Cotton, Sophia Guidi, <br />Ruth and Jim Gilles, Patsy Mills, Nancy Garbo and Rita and Bob Mikula. The Committee <br />met January 15, 1969. Plans were made for the celebration on June 13, 14 and 15, <br />1969. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Fitz-Gerald. <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald announced that the Euclid Automatic Machinery Co. is interested in <br />locating in our Industrial Park. The Commission will tour their present plant., <br />Safety and Service Committee - i1r. Schmidt. <br />The Safety and Service Committee recommended to Finance that our Ordinances be indexed <br />and microfilmed. Finance agreed and an Ordinance will be prepared for the next <br />Council Meeting. <br />P~Ir. Bordonaro, Mr. Strater and Air. Edelman reviewed the Police Manual. Mr. Schmidt, <br />seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance No. 69-4, entitled: "An Ordinance Ap- <br />proving the Rules and Regulations of the Mayfield Police Department." <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Comella, moved that the rules of law requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and <br />Davis. , <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Comella, moved that Ordinance No. 69-4 'be approved and <br />passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays -None, Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />The Fire Manual is not ready for acceptance at this time. <br />Messrs. Schmidt, Bordonaro, Strater, Baslie and Mrs. Henry Myles were appointed <br />to the Safety and Service Committee for 1969. <br />Service Department - Mr. D'Agostino. <br />Mr. D'Agostino gave a report for the Building and Service Departments for the month <br />of December. <br />
