The committee is still checking on <br />the plans for a decorative fence. <br />Streets and Roads - Mr. Fitz-Gerald <br />Bids have been received for the repairing of Kenwood Drive. The Engineer will <br />report on this matter. <br />Mayor's Advisor Committee - Mr. Fitz-Gerald <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald read the minutes of the April 10, 1969 meeting. <br />Village Income Tax - Mr. Donaldson - No report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Fitz-Gerald <br />No report due to the fact that no meeting was held on April 14, 1969. <br />Safetyand Service - Mr. Schmidt <br />Mr. Schmidt reported that the committee had recommended the hiring of a <br />Deputy Clerk for the Police Department and a Volunteer Daytime Fireman. <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Comella, introduced Ordinance No. 69-18, <br />entitled: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF DEPUTY CLERK OF MAYOR'S <br />COURT AND FIXING THE TENURE, COMPENSATION AND DUTIES THEREOF." <br />Mr. Comella, seconded by M~. Schmidt, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Messrs.
