Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Approved <br />Mr. Davis asked the Ae~artment Heads to hold down future expenditures. <br />Mayor Busa asked that the evaluation of the Police cars be made at the <br />next Finance Committee meeting. <br />Mr. Davis asked for an amendment of the Pay Ordinance of the Deputy Clerk <br />of Mayor's Court. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, introduced Ordinance No. 69-35, entitled: <br />" AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE N0. 69-18, ENTITLED" AN ORDINANCE <br />CREATING THE POSITION QF.DEPUTY CLERK OF THE 'MAYOR'S COURT AND DISPATCHER, AND <br />FIXING THE TENURE, COMPENSATION, BOND AND DUTIES OF SAID OFFICE," . <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr:. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson,.
