4. Motion Carried Resolution Approved Finance Committee - Mr, Davis The Finance Committee met and signed the Touchers and approved Pay Ordinance No. 552-P, Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr, Schmidt introduced Pay Ordinance ~To. 552-P. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None Motion Carried Pay Ordinance Approved Mr. Davis asked the Ae~artment Heads to hold down future expenditures. Mayor Busa asked that the evaluation of the Police cars be made at the next Finance Committee meeting. Mr. Davis asked for an amendment of the Pay Ordinance of the Deputy Clerk of Mayor's Court. Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, introduced Ordinance No. 69-35, entitled: " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE N0. 69-18, ENTITLED" AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION QF.DEPUTY CLERK OF THE 'MAYOR'S COURT AND DISPATCHER, AND FIXING THE TENURE, COMPENSATION, BOND AND DUTIES OF SAID OFFICE," . Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr:. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson,. Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None _ Motion Ca°~ried Ordinance Passed Mayor Busa announced that the Sesquicentennial was a great success morally- and socially and presented Certificates of Appreciation from the Administration to a number of residents who had participated in the affair to make it a success.. Mayor Busa then opened the floor for discussion of the Proposed Annexation of our Village Industrial Park to the City of Highland Heights.
