Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - 1Vone <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Clerk- Treasurer - Mr. Lockemer <br />The Finance Committee will be preparing the 1970 budget. 'T'hey will need an <br />indication from the Department Heads of their requirements by next month. <br />Mr. Davis - 'Thanked our Law Director anal his assistants for $Ze way they <br />presented the annexation case. Mr. Davis also Thanked Mayor Busa for the <br />hours that he had put in on the case. <br />Mr. Comella - Again wanted to stress the seriousness of the traffic problem on <br /> Wilson Mills Road at the High School and Miner Road intersections. He was <br /> assured that the School Board and our Police Department and our Engineer <br /> were doing ev erything possible to correct this situation. The plan is for the <br /> main entrance to be located on Lander Road, thus relieving the traffic on <br /> <br />t Wilson Mills <br /> <br />Mrs. Gilles - Road. <br /> <br />Thanked Chief Sh <br /> <br />ortle and the Mayor for getting the light turned <br /> on during the dinner hour. <br />Mr. Bordonaro - Mr. Bordonaro suggested that an agenda of the Council meetings <br />be passed out to the people in attendance. <br />Mr. Schanfarber asked about the acceptance by the Village of Walnut, Butternut, <br />and Sandalwood. Mr. Hovancsek informed him that he has just recently received <br />a list of the streets that have not been dedicated and should finish the punch <br />list by June 1970. <br />Mr. Onacila expressed his thanks to the Police Department for their house <br />check during his absence. ~- • <br />Mr. Beebe directed his remarks to Mr. Comella - Wondered if it was the feeling <br />of the people or the developers that an unhealthy climate had been created by <br />the Civic League.
