He wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Yeare <br />Polioe Department - Police Chief Shortle <br />Chief Shortle gave a report for the month of November. <br />Clerk-Treasurer - Mr. Lockemer <br />Mr. Lockemer reported that we had advertised for bids for a new Police Car <br />last month. One bid was received from LaTour Oldsmobile, Inc. on Dec. 11, <br />lg6g for a 1870 Delta88sedan, at the price of X3,303.86, minus the trade in <br />allowance of X553.86 for the 1867 Pontiac sedan, leairing a balance of <br />~ 2?50000. <br />Mr. Schmidt,. seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, introduced Ordinance No. 69-4g, <br />entitled: " AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LATOUR OLDSMOBILE, INC. FOR <br />THE SALE OF A POLICE AUTOMOBILE TO THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD." <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Fitz-Gerald, moved that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt & Davis. <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, moved that Ordinance No. 6g-4g <br />be approved and passed as reado <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt & Davis. <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Solicitor - Mr. Edelman <br />Mro Edelman had prepared the following ordinances:. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, introduced Ordinance No. 6g-50, entitled: <br />" AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS <br />PURPOSES DURING THE YEAR lg6go" <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
