7~ <br />" AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE OFFENSES OF ASSAULT AND BATTERY UPON A <br />TEACHER, SCHOOL EMPLOYEE, STUDENT OR OTHER PERSON DISRUPTING A CLASS OR <br />SCHOOL ACTIVITY, AND USING IMPROPER INDECENT OR PROFANE LANGUAGE <br />TOWARD A TEACHER, SCHOOL EMPLOYEE, STUDENT OR OTHER PERSON." <br />Ordinance No. 69-54 was put on first reading and referred to the Safety and <br />Service Committee for study. <br />Mr. Davis - Thanked Mr. Donaldson and Mr, Comella for their services on Council <br />and wished everyone a Merry Christmas. <br />Mr. Donaldson- Said that it had been a pleasure working u,ri.th the members of <br />Council. <br />Mayor Busa suggested that Mr. Donaldson and Mr. Comella take their name <br />plates with them as a token of appreciation. Wanted to thank them for all <br />of the hours that they had spent working for the Village. <br />Mr. Giesse requested that Council give the courtesy of setting a Public <br />Hearing for discussion of Ordinance Noo 69-51e Feb. 5, 1970 was set as the <br />date for the Public Hearing. <br />Mro Donaldson, seconded by Mro Fitz-Gerald, moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Roll Call: Ayes- Messrs.
