Mr. Leech reminded us-that this trend- could change with-more returns. <br />After discussion , it was recommended that we-hold a public meeting on April 30, <br />1970 for a presentation of the pros and-cons~of the building a new Town Hall or <br />the remodeling of the old Village Hall. <br />Mr. Russo presented plans for a proposed Senior Citizens~Building to be located <br />on the former Post property at 735 SOM Center Road. It would be located approx- <br />imately 370 ft. from SOM in the area that is zoned for Office-Laboratory. The <br />building would contain 225 units and be privately financed, with-a:-=Board of. <br />
