Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Fitz-Gerald, made a motion to con- firm Mrs. Isis Hosmer°s appointment as Deputy Clerk of Mayor's Court and Police Dispatcher. Mo Roman and Norman Millstein made a presentation of detailed drawings for their option on the proposed devel- opment of 34 acres and a possible frontage on Wilson:Mi.lls Road for a 680 suite apartment at Interstate 271 and Wilson Mills Road. Mre Millstein answered questions from the floor, after which he asked the mayor and council to introduce an ordinance he had prepared for his proposal. All members of council remained silent and no one introduced it. Subject proposal was laid aside due to.the lack of a councilmanic sponsor.
