Edelman, a notary public, administered the oath of <br />office to Mr. D'Agostino. <br />Road Foreman: Mayor Busa reappointed Mro Lester Foltz as road <br />foreman for one year. Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved <br />that .this appointment be confirmed. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. <br />Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, <br />Schmidt and Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Nominations Closed <br />Roll Call on Nominations: <br />For Mr. beech - Messrs. Bordonaro and Fitz-Gerald <br />For Mr. Schmidt - Mro Boger <br />Messrs. Leech, Schmidt and Davis voted to pass. At this point, <br />the mayor had the "passed" votes polled which resulted in votes <br />for Mr. Leech by Messrs. Davis, Schmidt and Leech. Mro Schmidt <br />moved for an unanimous vote for ~Ir. Leecho So recorded. <br />Mr. Edelman administered the Oath of Office to Mro Leech. <br />Mayor Busa stated that Mr. Schmidt had done an excellent job as <br />President. of Council for the year 1970. Messrs. Bordonaro and <br />Fitz-Gerald, likewise, congratulated Mro Schmidt on his perform- <br />ance the past year. <br />Mr. Schmidt said that Mr. Leech would do an outstanding job as <br />Council President. <br />Architectural Board: Mr. Leech: Met on Jan. 14, 1971. We asked <br />Texaco Oil Co. to submit a colonial-type architecture instead of <br />the modern-type plans sent for our approval for their site on <br />
