70 Beecherys Brook Easement Issue: Granted variances on some lot widths for sanitary sewer and water connections for the par- cels involved. There has to be an easement but we are not i granting ar_ easement at this time. Commendation Letters: The police and fire departments have received letters of commendation from grateful citizens. 'ydorton Park Paving Contract: A matter of an unpaid first time billing of X532000 for .paving in 1968 has been received from Northern Ohio Paving Co. It shall be paid out of the street assessment fund. Hickory Hill Drive. ~oZo r~54: Water from the rear lot is using S.Lo r~54 to flow forward on Hickory Hill Drive. Correction would be to install an. inlet basin and outlet to the street. All would benefit by one-third of the cost to each of the three property owners f.or rear yard drainage. Referred to P~Ir.
