Fitz-Gerald offered to make <br />a "Vo Dumping - Police Order" sigr for the 4 acres of village <br />owned ,land on SOP+i Center Rd. <br />Post House Burning: The decision to burn this house has been <br />reversed by Mayor Busa as we do not wish to destroy the trees <br />and C. E. I. wiring. Chief Hejcl and 1'~lr. D'Agostino were direct- <br />ed to inform the otianer to tear it do~~~n and forward a copy of the <br />letter to Mr. Edelman. <br />Old House tdorth of Fisher's Tavern: Also directed Chief Hejcl <br />and i4lr. D'Agostino to inform the owner of this house that it <br />must be town down. <br />Wood Garage at Rear of Old Mayfield Center School: This. has been <br />designated afire hazard and it should be demolished. I'~Ir. Fitz- <br />Gerald will consult V;ith T~Ir. I~icClung of the school board, to be <br />followed up by a confirmation letter relative to their action. <br />Tomas-torn Ditch t'roblem: P~r. Hovancsek: Uur engineer read a <br />copy of his letter addressed to Ivlayor Musa stating the facts. <br />Mr. Edelman sees this as a civil matter. <br />ORDIi~TAidCE #71-30: Mr. Schmidt, seconded by T~Ir. Fitz-Gerald, made a motion to sus- <br />pend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. Roll Call: xYF:S: Inlessrs. Davis made a motion to check into the cost of an automatic <br />starter. <br />T~Ir. Schmidt thanked the Finance Committee for doing such a good <br />job. <br />
