Director Schmidt was given permission to use the space between the furnace room and the air conditioning area for temporary storage of his recreation equipment. I4r. Flay Donation: I~iayfield Village Community Club has donated an American flag to the village hall. i4iayor Busa stated that at the Open House next month we shall pay more Homage to the com- munity club. Janitorial Service: I~iayor ~3usa asked for arty suggestions. Chief chortle was asked to check into the names he has on file for possible guard duty-janitor part time work combination and per- haps by next council meeting it may be resolved. E.C.,S. Co. submitted an estimate of X80.00 per month for one day a week cleaning of interior of town hall. Mr. Fitz-Gerald suggested that it would be appreciated if every- one attending council meetings would be aware of his own committ- ment to empty ash trays, etc. Industrial Park Punch :List: i~ir. Edelman will look into this matter. Senior Citizen's Complex: nothing to report on the court appeal case. Voting Plachines: The problem is storage. i~ir. :Leech suggested 'taking this matter to the next meeting of the school board as this is one logical place for storage because of accessibility. Park Investment Case: Ralph Perk, County Recorder, has requested attendance at a meeting on June 22, 1971 at 7:30 I.'."i. in the Cleveland Board of Education Administration Building relative to taxation and I~ir. Lockemer stated he would attend. Architectural Board: Nr. Leech: At their recent meeting they discussed the building of an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Schmidt: I~firo Tony Starc has resigned because of pressing problems and Mr. Schmidt is taking over the chairmanship. The 1970 final report has been made and the 1971 report is stall in process of being broken down. Master Plan should look into their needs for facilities.
