Leech thinks that we should be a member. 'This is an organization to represent suburban communities in obtain- ing federal funds. Tdo action taken at this time. ORDI1~Al~ICJ1J y~g60: Council agrees that there is a need to update our ordinance covering drives, parking spaces, etc. this has been directed to tine atreets and Roads Corr~mittee for study and coordination with 1+Ir. Hovancsek. Appeal Court Case: relative to the Senior Citizen's Complex, ~~Tr. L''delman stated that a motion has been filed in Common rleas Court by Unity Center Church to become a party to the case. Communications: i'fiayf'ield Heights requests payment of their bills to us for radio communications. Cr~ief Shortie would not approve ;aayment because of an overcharge and referred the bills to 1'~irs. i~iaynard. Architectural t3oard: i~ir. Leech; Gave his monthly report. :Suilding and_Grounds Committee: lair. Bordonaro: vo meeting has been held but their main concern is the maintenance of tree village hall.
